I specialize in Ayurvedic Yoga massage, Chavutti massage, Gua Sha body massage, and Gua Sha facial massage, focusing on lymphatic drainage for revitalization and deep tissue therapy. My goal is to use massage therapeutically to address musculoskeletal pain, aid digestion, and support organ health. Additionally, I believe that massage therapy plays a vital role in alleviating depression, fostering a mind-body-spirit connection, and reducing work and personal stress.


Through massage therapy, we can work together to alleviate pain in problem areas caused by tension and anxiety. It also proves beneficial for individuals with autoimmune disorders like Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Multiple Sclerosis, as it soothes symptoms and supports overall well-being by reducing inflammation and balancing the immune system.


Massage, to me, goes beyond muscle relaxation and becomes an essential part of maintaining a healthy mind and body. Continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest massage techniques and their application for mental and physical health are crucial to my practice.


Moreover, as a registered nutritional therapist specialising in naturopathic nutrition, I integrate my broad experience in alternative therapies with a holistic approach to health and lifestyle. Embracing the belief that food is medicine, I aim to treat the root cause of illness, understanding the underlying reasons behind various conditions. With a strong interest in Ayurveda, traditional medicine, and herbs, I promote the therapeutic effects of food, supplements, and lifestyle adjustments.


Together, we can create a nutritionally balanced, practical, enjoyable, and sustainable meal and lifestyle plan tailored to your needs. In addition to dietary recommendations, I may suggest functional tests such as gut microbiome analysis, hormone panels, and blood tests to provide unique and strategic support for your overall well-being.


My specialties lie in women's health, encompassing weight management, hormonal imbalances, PCOS, IBS, PMS/PMDD, infertility, pre-conception, and menopause. I encourage clients to commit to at least five sessions to witness significant improvements in both body and mind. However, the exact duration of treatment will be determined based on your specific requirements.
